Recall intelligence

Good customers rarely say goodbye.

Following up lapsed customers by hand takes hours nobody has. TripleBack knows who to contact, when and what to say, then follows up across email, SMS and phone until they rebook.

The appointment that never gets booked

A customer who stops coming back usually doesn't say so. Nothing gets cancelled. A gap opens up in the diary, and it can be months before anyone spots it.

Recall reminders on a fixed schedule send the same nudge at the same point to someone who comes every three weeks and someone who comes twice a year. One gets chased too early and the other too late.

How it works

From your booking system to a rebooked customer

You set it up once. After that it runs on its own, and your team steps in only for the exceptions.

  1. 01

    Connect your booking system

TripleBack reads appointments and contact details from the system you already use. It never reads case notes or other free-text notes.

  2. 02

    It learns each customer's rhythm

A monthly regular is flagged when the gap stretches well past a month. Someone who comes twice a year isn't chased in month two.

  3. 03

You see who's drifting, and why

Each drifting customer comes with a likely drop-off reason and a value at risk over the next 12 months.

  4. 04

It follows up until they rebook

You approve the wording once, at setup. TripleBack then follows up across email, SMS and phone on a schedule that fits why each customer stopped, and stops the moment they rebook. When a reply needs something outside that wording, it waits in a queue for one of your team.

On the dashboard

See the revenue at risk and the revenue that came back

Every number is worked out from your own booking history, so it reflects how your customers book.

Value at risk

What your drifting customers would normally spend with you over the next 12 months, so you know which gaps matter most.

Drop-off reasons

Why each customer has drifted, from finishing what they came for to cost or a change of staff member. Someone who has finished gets a different message from someone who stopped halfway.

Recovered revenue you can check

Rebooked customers and what they brought back, compared with a small group nobody contacted. The comparison separates what TripleBack did from people who would have rebooked anyway.

Pause anyone

Stop outreach for one customer, a staff member or a whole location whenever you need to. Every message sent is in the audit log.

Your data

Built to the standard health data needs

Some customer records include health information, so every record is handled to that standard, whatever the industry.

It stays in Australia
Hosting, the database and the AI model all run in Sydney. The AI provider keeps no copy of what it's sent.
The AI sees very little
To write a message it gets a first name, a staff member and appointment dates. Private details are stripped out of a reply before the AI reads it.
Crisis replies go to a person
If a reply suggests someone may be at risk, the AI stays out of it. The customer gets 000 and Lifeline details straight away, outreach to them stops and you're alerted.
Consent comes first
Each customer needs consent for each channel. Opting out stops every campaign for them at once, and under-18s are never contacted.
Your data stays yours
It's never pooled with other businesses' data or used to train AI models.
We can't look without your say-so
The TripleBack team has no standing access to your customers. You can grant read-only access for 24 hours when you need support, and every view is logged.
